We have 35 excellent two-year-old bulls that have passed semen testing, along with 9 head of younger open cows that were tested and are ready to breed this spring. In my opinion, this is the best complete set of bulls we have offered at Miles City in my time here. The bulls are here like always; please stop in anytime you’re in the area. The cows are close for viewing also.
We are excited about the results of our ET work this summer: we sent 9 older proven cows to Washington for embryo collection. We had good success, with dozens of embryos to store in the tank, then the embryologist that did the work flew to Miles City and put 50 fresh embryos in recips from another herd. We are expecting 30 L1 pregnancies out of those cows this spring. Five of these elite dams will also be offered in the showcase of the sale!
If you have L1 semen, embryos or cattle to flush, we sure appreciate these items being donated back to the station greatly.
I will help with delivery as much as I can on purchases, so don’t miss out worrying about location. I look forward to putting these cattle to the test for you!
