Orchard notes and map

Trees were initially planted in May 2015. No rootstock information is available. Site visit notes, 5/1/2019:

  • The orchard has had rough winters, but overall growth is good on most of the original cultivars, especially in rows 3 and 4.
  • Herbicide spray drift from adjacent property; not very many of the original trees are left on rows 1 and 2.
  • Some of the site issues include strong wind, deer getting through fence, and harsh winters.
  • This site has lots of replants; lines through name indicate tree appeared dead at the time of site visit.
  • Very little overall fruit on the original trees.
